ADDED LAUNDRY TO LCS FOR NCLH - 17/10/2017

Because of the great success of the Life Cycle System for galley, pantry & bar equipment implemented to the whole NCLH (NCL – OCEANIA – REGENT) fleet last year, NCLH has asked to add the laundry (Main laundries and crews laundries included guest laundries) equipment to the whole fleet with all spare parts’ exploded views and part list data base.

The whole fleet of Norwegian Cruise Line, Regent Seven Seas Cruises & Oceania Cruises are using the Life Cycle System ! It is more than 20,000 different equipments and around 300 manufacturers !! All the specifications, each spare parts list, technical data (etc) are uploaded in the application. They can have access every things, every where, at every time in an easy way !

NCLH IMPLEMENTS LCS TO ENTIRE FLEET - 05/05/2016

After complete satisfaction of the LCS by NCL, Oceania cruises and RSSC, NCLH has decided to implement it to all 22 ships.
Robin Lindsay, executive vice president, vessel operations for NCL, says “LCS users can request replacement equipment by using exploded views and detailed parts lists, that allows us to place orders more quickly and budget accordingly for the future, something that was a challenge before using LCS.” He also noted that the cruise line selected LCS because of the easy-to-use tools that the system offers.
We are proud to provide them with our experience and thank them for their trust.

YOUR USPHS LOGS MANAGEMENT - 04/04/2015

With electronic device and/or scanner dedicated staff will scan the LCS barcode and will be able to enter directly any kind of datas which is requested by USPHS.
Examples : refrigerator temperatures - washing machines temperatures - ice cuber sanitizing ...
By wifi or wire datas will be forwaded to LCS system which will be automatically archived.
At any time possibility to export an excel list with all historic logs of each equipment

VIKING CRUISES ADOPTS LCS - 04/03/2015

Viking Cruises signed a contract with DL-Services in April 2015 to use the Life Cycle System.
They are using it on-board Viking Star allowing them to access to their equipment : technical data ans spare parts exploded view.
Plus a new service created for them : USPHS controls

NCL adopts LCS on-board Sky (july 2014) Sun (september 2014) and Pride of America (november 2014).
They are now able to have a view of their equipment on-board.

OCEANIA CRUISES ADOPTS LCS ON-BOARD RIVIERA - 05/22/2012

LCS users from Prestige Cruise Holdings are now able to have a view of their equipment on-board Riviera.
Technical data and spare parts exploded views have been loaded few weeks ago and are now downloadable on LCS site.
